What You'll Do

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Drive revenue growth by selling technical AI solutions to enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographic markets
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling business value

Enterprise Relationship Management

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract closure
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and implementation roadmaps
  • Manage key account relationships and drive expansion opportunities

Market Development & Process Innovation

  • Identify and prioritize target industries with highest AI adoption potential
  • Provide strategic feedback on sales processes and methodologies for emerging markets
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets while maintaining forecast accuracy

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with demonstrated AI/ML solution expertise
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets ($5M+ annual quotas preferred)
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth technology environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise AI use cases, implementation challenges, and ROI drivers

Technical & Business Acumen

  • Strong technical foundation to engage meaningfully with AI/ML engineering teams
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with 3-9 month sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical partners and solution architects
  • Understanding of LLM technologies, fine-tuning processes, and deployment architectures

Leadership & Strategic Thinking

  • Proven ability to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and sales forecasting
