You will foster strategic partnerships and relationships with key clients and stakeholders across Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and effective relationship management. Additionally, you will emphasize the importance of product expertise within your team, promoting continuous knowledge transfer and collaboration to enhance understanding of the company’s cloud solutions and their role in facilitating digital transformation. Incorporating ESG principles into your sales strategy, you will position the company’s offerings as not only innovative but also sustainable, helping clients achieve their own environmental and social governance goals. Ultimately, your leadership will align sales strategies with overall business objectives, driving both growth and operational excellence in the region while championing the value of cloud solutions and sustainable practices.

What you will be doing :

  1. Lead and manage a sales team of +20 sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Set and monitor KPIs for the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  3. Prepare regular forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
  4. Optimize sales processes to integrate cloud and ESG-focused solutions.
  5. Drive revenue growth aligned with company goals, incorporating cloud business and ESG principles.
  6. Identify key opportunities for cloud solutions in firms, corporates, and municipalities.
  7. Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on cloud growth and sustainability.
  8. Embed ESG considerations into the sales strategy, aligning with environmental and social impact goals.
  9. Identify and pursue new cloud business opportunities within the DACH region.
  10. Leverage local market knowledge to target cloud and ESG-focused opportunities.
  11. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders, highlighting the value of sustainable cloud solutions.
  12. Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  13. Position cloud offerings as tools for digital transformation and ESG compliance.
  14. Together with the Sales Team, ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  15. Negotiate contracts that drive revenue and meet customer sustainability expectations.
  16. Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align customer needs with cloud solutions.
  17. Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product development for sustainability and competitiveness.
  18. Collaborate with global and regional leadership to align DACH strategies with overall business and ESG objectives.

What you'll bring :

  1. Strong sales and leadership experience in the areas of tax, tax auditing or compliance or related software industry.
  2. Relevant educational background.
  3. IT / software sales background and a genuine passion for technology.
  4. Familiarity with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Proficient in German & English, both written and spoken.
