Position: Sales Leader (f/m/d) Animal Health - Region DACH & Nordics

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales budgets with a goal of double-digit growth.
  • Enhancing sales team skills through training and field visits.
  • Providing technical support and solutions related to products and biosecurity.
  • Handling commercial activities like pricing and order follow-up.
  • Reporting to the Animal Health Sales Leader, establishing action plans and sales targets, introducing new products, and strategizing growth.
  • Leading and coaching a team of eight sales associates.
  • Building long-term relationships with partners in your territory.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Engineering, or Business.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • People management experience.
  • Knowledge of animal production, species-specific (poultry or swine), or in health or nutrition fields.
  • Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
