Position: Sales Leader (f/m/d) Animal Health - Region DACH & Nordics

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales of all distributors and importers in DACH and Nordics after comprehensive training.
  • Oversee the sales budget with a goal of achieving double-digit growth.
  • Enhance skills of sales teams via training and field visits.
  • Provide technical support and propose solutions related to products and biosecurity.
  • Guide commercial activities including pricing and order follow-up.
  • Report to the Animal Health Sales Leader, develop action plans, and set sales targets.
  • Lead and coach a team of eight sales associates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Engineering, or Business.
  • Experience in B2B sales with a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • People management experience.
  • Knowledge of animal production, preferably in poultry or swine, or in health or nutrition fields.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
