Position

Sales Leader (f/m/d) Animal Health - Region DACH & Nordics

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales budget for the region, aiming for double-digit growth.
  • Enhance the skills of sales teams through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
  • Provide technical support, addressing questions related to products and biosecurity, and proposing solutions with support from Global Animal Health Product Management.
  • Offer commercial guidance, including follow-up on pricing and orders, in collaboration with customer service.
  • Report to the Animal Health Sales Leader and develop action plans and sales targets aligned with strategies, including introducing new products and strategic business growth discussions.
  • Lead and coach a team of eight sales associates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in the territory.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Engineering, or Business.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a dynamic and entrepreneurial approach.
  • People management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of animal production, preferably in poultry, swine, or related health/nutritional fields.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time within the territory.
