Position: Sales Leader (f/m/d) Animal Health - Region DACH & Nordics
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales budget for the region, aiming for double-digit growth.
  • Enhance the skills of sales teams through training and field visits.
  • Provide technical support and solutions related to our products and biosecurity.
  • Handle commercial aspects such as pricing and order follow-up.
  • Report to the Animal Health Sales Leader, develop action plans, and introduce new products.
  • Lead and coach a team of eight sales associates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in your territory.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Engineering, or Business.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • People management experience.
  • Knowledge of animal production, especially in poultry or swine, or in health or nutrition fields.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
