Sales Leader - Equipment & Services

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth targets for equipment, services, and parts.
  • Acquire new customers and initiate offers.
  • Support account managers in fulfilling orders from engineering firms, TGA specialist planners, plant constructors, and commercial and industrial end customers.
  • Ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to regulations, including compliance and occupational safety.
  • Provide disciplinary management for the Account Manager team.

Key Competencies

  • Technical/economic university degree e.g. engineer, technical business economist, industrial engineer - ideally with refrigeration, service, building technology or plant engineering / supply engineering background.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in managing a sales team in a similar environment
  • Strong customer focus and sales-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills, very good German and English skills
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
