Qualifikationen

Sales Lead for our PD Monitoring Solutions (f / m / x) (100%)

What's it all about?

  • You are responsible for an effective and efficient sales process and actively drive the growth of our PD monitoring business on an international basis.
  • You actively develop the existing structures, the personnel, the sales tools as well as the workflows.
  • You are responsible for market analysis, coordinate budgeting and forecasting as well as sales performance monitoring.
  • You will lead our sales team in Berlin focussing on Europe and also work in sales yourself.
  • You develop and manage our network of Monitoring Business Partners in Europe.
  • You prepare decision documents for go / no go decisions in the project bidding phase.
  • You empower our international Sales Team, steer a team of international sales managers and contribute to the overall strategy.
  • You contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our PD Monitoring solutions and services, by actively collecting customer feedback.
  • You develop a strong relationship to our customers and business partners, travelling more than 90 days per year.

What are we looking for?

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree (FH, TU) with a strong knowledge of electrical power engineering, ideally with a background in high-voltage technology.
  • You have around 5 years of professional experience as a sales engineer for system solutions in the project business, with management experience in sales.
  • You have experience in contract design, international tenders, and project management.
  • Your strengths include communication, presentation techniques, and a talent for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • You have a very good command of English and German; additional languages are a plus.
