Are you a tenacious, high-energy sales transport hunter with a proven track record of opening doors in the DACH region? Do you thrive in building new logos and accelerating revenue across complex enterprise landscapes? If yes, we want to hear from you.

I’ve partnered with a global IT services and consulting powerhouse looking to expand its footprint in the Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH) sector within the DACH market. This is a high-impact, new business development role focused on building relationships with enterprise clients across airlines, airports, rail, logistics, travel agencies, and hospitality giants.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive new business acquisition across the DACH region for the TTH vertical
  • Identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise prospects into long-term clients
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice leaders to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using your knowledge of the regional market and industry trends
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across DACH

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience within IT services and digital transformation
  • Strong network in the DACH TTH space (airlines, rail, hospitality, logistics, etc.)
  • Native or fluent German and professional English proficiency
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas and landing net new logos
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for hunting and growing market share
