ISS STOXX is seeking a Sales Executive to support sales efforts across the DACH territories for our Responsible Investment Solutions, including Climate Data, Ratings & Rankings, Controversies, Impact & SDGs, and Regulatory Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales to financial institutions and a genuine interest in Sustainable and Responsible Investments, covering Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics.

This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, understanding of front office needs, and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects and upselling existing clients.
  • Increase ISS' ESG market share and recognition within the investment management and asset owner communities.
  • Assess ESG market opportunities, define, and update territory sales plans in consultation with management.
  • Maintain detailed sales and renewal reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with ISS BDR and Marketing managers to define products, services, and marketing strategies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Record all client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Share industry insights and opportunities with the sales team and other departments.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in institutional sales and relationship management with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven ability in relationship management, business development, and revenue generation, either directly or via strategic partners.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • High personal and business integrity.
  • Fluent in German and English.
