We are looking to recruit a talented Sales Executive to join our German business operating out of our brand-new office in Munich. This role is pivotal and available at a great time as we seek to increase our products in the German market and expand our channels.

Teltonika's telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for fleet management in sectors such as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards in the telematics industry.

We offer ambitious sales representatives the opportunity to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and earn significant income.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct market research to identify target clients and their needs, and find opportunities for growth.
  • Build relationships with new clients through outbound calls, social media, emailing, events, networking, presentations, and other methods.
  • Prepare commercial offers and oversee contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Represent Teltonika Telematics at exhibitions and meetings in Germany.
  • Provide regular reports to the sales team and update our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support and R&D to deliver the best results for clients.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in active B2B sales.
  • Existing strong industry connections are a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • A consultative approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating how our solutions address them.
  • Commercial ambition aligned with our engineering goals, as our factory produces over 1.2 million devices monthly.
