Energy Web is seeking a Sales Executive to drive digital transformation in the energy sector through our industry-leading B2B SaaS and platform-based solutions.

This is a strategic, customer-facing role with broad impact — combining business development leadership, technical engagement, and deep collaboration across teams.

Your Mission

You’ll shape and expand our enterprise presence in the energy sector by :

  • Driving revenue growth and acquiring high-value enterprise customers
  • Leading business development strategies aligned with Energy Web’s R&D roadmap
  • Acting as a key technical advisor to customers and stakeholders
  • Translating technical solutions into strategic value for our clients
  • Managing R&D Circles and collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams
  • Monitoring industry trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategy

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in business development or R&D-driven technology roles
  • 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven record of closing complex deals
  • Strong experience with SaaS and platform-based solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep knowledge of the energy sector is essential , including industry challenges, regulations, and digital transformation
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities with commercial opportunities
  • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
