A Japanese consumer products manufacturer is seeking a Sales Executive. The role is based in their Düsseldorf office with the purpose of expanding their business in entire Europe and other countries. It will involve business trips.

TYPE: Full-time role, permanent, 6 months’ probation period
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday (Flex time considerable)
SALARY: EUR 40-45k / year + performance-based bonus (depending on experience)
START: March 2025
LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany (Office Based)

Main Responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with distributors and retails
• Presenting their products or services to potential customers
• Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with customers
• Travel across Europe on a regular basis to gather market information and manage planogram
• Analyse sales data and identify sales opportunities
• Support and assist the team on cross-functional tasks

Ideal Candidate:
• 1-3 years of experience of Sales, Account Executive, and other related roles
• Fluency in English
• German or Japanese language is advantageous
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent professional qualification
