A leading company seeks a Sales Executive in Central/Western Germany based in Cologne. This full-time position involves developing business relationships with B2B clients, ensuring excellent service, and contributing to visual merchandising strategies while meeting sales objectives. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and have strong interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and French being advantages.
We are looking for a Sales Executive Central/Western Germany based in Cologne, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or the Ruhr region.
Compensation: €40,000–€47,000 + 20% bonus
Contract: Permanent (full-time)
As an Area Sales Representative, you will act as the main ambassador of the brand, representing it with professionalism and dedication. Your mission is to develop business in your assigned territory, strengthen the relationship with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities within a diverse network of B2B partners.
Key Missions:
Sales Development:
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients (concept stores, opticians, fashion/kids stores, etc.).
Establish lasting relationships based on trust, reliability, and product expertise.
Ensure excellent customer service for both existing and prospective clients.
Provide training and support on product ranges and sales platforms.
Actively prospect and convert new leads in your territory.
Present new collections and ensure proper implementation in-store.
Attend trade fairs and maintain a strong presence in the field.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the brand’s visual identity is respected in-store.
Offer tailored merchandising recommendations based on store profiles.
Train partners on visual presentation and guidelines.
Planning & Forecasting:
Participate in defining sales objectives and forecasts.
Monitor performance through defined KPIs.
Contribute to P&L monitoring and sales planning.
Reporting & Market Intelligence:
Report sales activity through CRM tools.
Share insights and feedback from the field to support strategy and tools development.
Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring.
Participate in specific internal projects and task forces.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (sales support, supply, marketing).
Exchange best practices with colleagues across the sales network.
Languages:
Native German speaker or with a deep understanding of the German market.
Fluency in French is a strong advantage (written and spoken).
Experience:
Experience in a similar role or through internships/work-study programs.
A background in fashion, retail, or design is a plus.
Education:
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).

Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
