Sales Events Coordinator (m/w/d) Herbalife, Darmstadt
About the role:
This person will act as an interface between the Member Services, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Events & Communications departments. The Sales Events Coordinator is in constant contact with all relevant departments and maintains professional relationships with our members.
In this role you will:
- Be an active team member of the Sales Events department, responsible for Sales Events – mainly, but not exclusively – for Austria.
- Cooperate closely with colleagues in Sales Events & Communications, Member Services, Finance, and Marketing.
- Be co-responsible for project work in the area of Sales Events, as well as for the planning, organization, and implementation of various upcoming events, in addition to the day-to-day business.
- Organize regional and national/subregional events/seminars, which usually requires on-site collaboration. Participate in seminar billing/budgeting and timely forecasting, which are also important components of the position.
- Closely cooperate and lead the Austrian S&P (Strategy & Planning) group; be the touchpoint for all requests/questions and lead calls (F2F/Virtual), including agenda preparation, call leading, and action points/follow-up.
- Independently translate member information (English/German, German/English), which is then sent out via email/newsletters.
- Maintain the website and send communications via Telegram/WhatsApp.
Our requirements:
- Good knowledge in administration and accounting, organizational talent.
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of seminar planning, event organization, and customer service would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and perseverance /servant leadership.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken).
- Editorial communication skills, i.e. good copywriting skills and visual understanding of layout assessment and design is an advantage.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to take the initiative.
- Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to serve.
- Very good communication skills.
- Effective working style even under time pressure.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate.
- Very good PC skills in MS-Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Driving licence for class B (C1 /BE is a plus).
