We’re Hiring: Inside Sales & Sales Engineering Support – GenAI & Automotive Solutions

This entry-level role is designed as a growth path: you will take ownership of recurring and process-oriented tasks while learning directly from our Sales Engineers, Accountteam, Solution Architects, Professional services etc. Over time, you will develop the technical and business skills needed to grow into a Solution Architect or Sales Engineering role.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and track complex customer requests across multiple teams.
  • Prepare and manage documentation (SOWs, CRs, approvals) and keep records updated in internal systems (e.g. POS, Confluence).
  • Build and maintain reusable proposals, quotes, and templates for standard use cases.
  • Gather and structure technical data (e.g. CPU/memory benchmarks, language and feature availability).
  • Drive follow-ups on approvals, status updates, and review cycles across teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to customer-facing material by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Provide operational support that keeps the Sales Engineering function efficient and scalable.

What You Bring

  • A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, a comparable qualification or a completed vocational training (Ausbildung) in a related field.
  • Initial experience in sales support, project coordination, or technical administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German; French a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or documentation tools is a plus.
  • Curiosity for technology, especially Generative AI, with the motivation to develop into a technical role.
