Our Faurecia Mercedes-Benz Sales Unit is looking for a VIE Sales Engineer (m/f) for our Customer’s Office in Böblingen (Stuttgart area), Germany.

The VIE Sales Engineer works with and learns from the Program Sales Lead MBAG within Faurecia Automotive Seating. They report to the Sales Manager and will work on various commercial management objectives during their employment.

The VIE will begin with an orientation phase supporting the Sales Department. After onboarding in sales fundamentals, the candidate will manage specific sales tasks independently, with close support from their N+1.

An intercultural background, including proficiency in German language and cultural proximity, would be advantageous to support the Program Team in exchange and alignment with our central functions. We also support your development and understanding of German culture and language during this mission. This combination creates an opportunity for further career growth within Faurecia. Depending on the candidate's interest and development, Faurecia may extend the initial 12-month assignment by an additional 12 months on-site at our Böblingen Customer’s Office, providing different sales experiences in another project or scope to ensure comprehensive development as a potential Sales Engineer within Faurecia.

What will be your main missions?

  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager and sales engineers to prepare internal documentation, presentations, and conduct negotiations with the customer (MBAG).
  • Support in reporting and monitoring activities.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with internal and external departments, including our plants and core team colleagues, demonstrating resilience and a strong drive to face complexity.
  • Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers.
  • Ensure that the evolution of permanent parts pricing aligns with the division's budget.
  • Assist in budget and volume planning.

The mission duration is 12 months, with a potential extension to 24 months.
