Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Acquire new customers and maintain contact with existing customers.
  2. Advise and support customers on service matters and identify potential for additional service business.
  3. Create solution concepts for the conversion and modernization of existing switchgear and components.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze the market and competitive landscape.
  5. Oversee offers and support contract negotiations.
  6. Assist and advise colleagues in project planning and execution.
Qualifications for the Role
  • Degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power engineering, or technician/master craftsman qualification in electrical engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or a sales-related role, preferably in service.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German with good English skills.
  • Strong customer and market orientation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 85%.
