To further strengthen the sales team in Italy, we are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to join as soon as possible.

Tasks
  • Drive sales of high-precision measurement and testing systems to customers in Italy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships – from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to contract negotiation and successful completion.
  • Analyse market potential and implement targeted sales strategies to expand business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, or Bachelor’s degree).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical or sales-related position, ideally in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in customer consulting, proposal preparation, and CRM systems, along with MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strong customer focus and service mindset.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); German is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy.
  • Play a key role in expanding sales in Italy and maximising market potential.
