We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Commercial team in Germany. Reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager in this remote based position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Presenting the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective customers
  • Setting the vision and translating goals into enticing recommendations
  • Being the trusted advisor to our clients while aiding their transformational journey
  • Gathering customer technical requirements and promote the value proposition in presentations and demos with prospects and customers
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Network or Security Engineer
  • Proficient in network topologies and practical experience working with enterprise or cloud security technologies
  • Fluency in German
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems (prior Active Directory/LDAP experience desirable)
  • Experience solving customer issues with an analytical approach
  • Experience communicating complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience
