The Role

We’re looking for a Enterprise Sales Engineer to support strategic enterprise opportunities across the DACH region . This is a key role in a high-growth business that’s revolutionising the way organisations secure sensitive data in the AI era.

You'll act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle , mapping complex customer needs to tailored security solutions and driving technical validation of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to engage and win high-value enterprise customers across DACH
  • Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and deep-dive sessions with stakeholders
  • Manage technical evaluations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), ensuring alignment with customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with technical buyers - from CISOs to data and security teams
  • Provide technical insight and consultative guidance on securing unstructured and sensitive data
  • Stay informed on trends in AI, data security , and the evolving threat landscape

What Does Success Look Like? Consistently leading successful demos, resolving technical objections, and helping enterprise prospects confidently move forward with the platform. Your input should shape both customer success and product direction.

What You’ll Bring :

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer role selling into enterprise accounts
  • Strong background in cybersecurity , networking, and / or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience or familiarity with data security and protecting unstructured data is a strong plus
  • Fluent in German and English , with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A proactive, consultative mindset with a passion for helping customers secure their data in a fast-moving landscape
