The Sales Enablement & Excellence Team is seeking an experienced business analyst to drive analytics, reporting, and collaboration between our Business and stakeholders.

You will manage sales data content, commissions processes, Salesforce reporting, and analytics to support internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Sales Enablement & Excellence Manager, you will work closely with Sales Analysts in Europe to ensure accurate, timely data and foster stakeholder collaboration. A Day in the Life
• Maintain local data quality, including sales hierarchy, territories, and master data.
• Serve as the local expert on country structure setup and liaise with the sales hierarchy team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives and facilitate understanding of reports and tools.
• Ensure Salesforce visibility and support training on reports and tools.
• Act as the point of contact for data questions.
• Support CRM systems like Salesforce Lightning and other sales enablement tools.
• Assist in target setting and support sales managers with commissions and reconciliation questions.

Must Haves
• 2-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Passion for education, support, and inspiring others.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to Haves
• Experience with Business Objects/SAP, Salesforce.com, or other BI systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems or the Medical Device/Life Science industry.
