Sales Director (m / f / d) – SaaS Solutions for Field Service Management

We are looking for a Sales Director with initial leadership experience to manage a small, high-performance team of Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). In this role, you will be responsible for the enrichment of existing customers’ relationships and the successful sale of our SaaS solutions..

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a team of 3 AEs and 2 CSMs
  • Manage the entire product and service portfolio of our client
  • Monitor the market, conduct competitive analysis, and identify market trends
  • Build and maintain a network of key decision-makers and identify customer needs
  • Deliver professional customer presentations and attend relevant events and trade shows
  • Successfully sell and establish long-term sales partnerships
  • Develop proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts
  • Report regularly to the Country Manager DACH

Your Profile :

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the SaaS environment with a proven successful track record as an Account Executive
  • Initial leadership experience, ideally in a Sales Team Lead role would be appreciated
  • Strong negotiation skills and closing ability
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Interest in working for an international, high-growth company
