Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL, and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan, and Europe. We innovate in next-generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. Gotion is powered by a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles, including the world's first mass commercial e-bus route.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Achieve the annual sales target.
  2. Track and develop passenger car projects, understand product needs, coordinate internal resources, and promote project targeting.
  3. Lead business negotiations with customers and support the entire project lifecycle from initial contact to product delivery.
  4. Understand the company's product line, monitor peer competition, and provide market feedback to support product positioning.
  5. Lead project quotations, considering competitor pricing, raw material costs, and company pricing strategies.
  6. Participate in industry exhibitions to stay updated on industry developments.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, mechanical, electrical, economic management, or related fields.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in overseas market sales, vehicle parts, international market development, or battery industry sales, with relevant customer resources.
  3. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for business.
  4. Strong resilience, negotiation skills, and ability to handle internal and external relations. Good understanding of business etiquette and customer engagement.
  5. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Base pay is part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range, allowing for career growth at Gotion. The expected pay range for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 EUR, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
