Jobbeschreibung

Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL, and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan, and Europe. We innovate in the next generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. Gotion is powered by a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles, including the world's first mass commercial e-bus route.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve the annual sales target.
  2. Track and develop passenger car projects, understand product needs, coordinate internal resources of the company, and promote project targeting.
  3. Lead the business negotiation with customers and support the whole life cycle process of the project from early docking to fixed point and subsequent product delivery.
  4. Comprehensively grasp the company's product line, understand the peer competition situation and effective consumption demand, and provide market feedback basis for the company's product market positioning.
  5. Lead the quotation of each stage of the project in combination with the competitor's quotation, the development of the industry's raw material cost, and the company's pricing strategy.
  6. Participate in new energy industry-related exhibitions and obtain the latest development information in the industry.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; marketing, mechanical, electrical, economic management, and other related majors are preferred.
  2. Have overseas market sales experience, more than 5 years of experience in vehicle, parts, international market development, or battery industry sales, and relevant customer resources of vehicle manufacturers are preferred.
  3. Must be able to adapt to domestic and foreign business trips or short-term concurrent residence, and have strong overseas market development ability.
  4. Strong compression resistance and strain capacity; clear logic, certain negotiation skills, and driving force; be good at handling internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, and be able to independently receive customer visits.
  5. Language requirements: English written and spoken communication ability.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range: €80,000 — €100,000 EUR
