We are seeking an experienced Key Account Director to lead our commercial projector market expansion in Europe. This role will drive B2B sales through established channel partners (distributors, system integrators, and OEMs), with a focus on education, corporate, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep industry networks (e.g., EPSON, BENQ, Christie) and a proven track record in scaling projector / AV solutions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a 3-year go-to-market strategy for Europe, targeting €5M+ annual revenue.

Identify and onboard key distributors, resellers, and SI partners to build a sustainable channel ecosystem.

Lead high-stakes negotiations with enterprise clients and government tenders (e.g., education digitization projects).

2. Key Account Management

Manage and grow relationships with top-tier European accounts (e.g., AV integrators, Fortune 500 corporate clients).

Leverage existing industry networks to accelerate market penetration.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities (e.g., DLP / LCD advancements), and adjust pricing / positioning strategies.

Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to tailor solutions for European market needs.

Own the P&L for the European region, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.

Implement scalable sales processes, including pipeline management and contract negotiations.

Who You Are

1. Experience :

8+ years in B2B sales, with 5+ years specifically in projectors / AV solutions, preferably at EPSON, BENQ, Sony, or similar.

Proven success in managing substantial growth annual sales and building long-term channel partnerships.

Existing relationships with major European distributors, resellers, or SI partners.

2. Market Knowledge :

Deep understanding of European procurement cycles (e.g., education / government tenders).

Familiarity with DLP / LCD / Laser projection technology and competitive landscape.

Fluent in English and German (French is a plus).

Strong executive presence – able to engage C-level stakeholders.

Willingness to travel (30–50% within Europe).
