QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group to hire a Sales Director (EMEA) in a niche category. The business is a fast-growing leader in providing solutions to Beverage and Food Groups. They seek a proven Sales Director focused on the EMEA region to develop and execute customer strategies that maximize sales growth.
Reporting to the VP of the region, the ideal candidate will have a development and commercial mindset, with experience in building relationships with complex food groups within a B2B Ingredients background.
The successful candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoying the autonomy to build world-class partnerships with their customer base. Candidates must have built their careers within either a B2B Food Ingredients company or a Flavor house, with expertise in key account management and business development in the Food Ingredients sector.
