We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and drive sales activities across the EMEA region for our restorative, endodontic, and infection control consumable product lines. This role is pivotal in achieving core growth across Europe by managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic partnerships, and executing impactful sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in sales and team development, preferably within the dental industry.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage key accounts and lead negotiations with customers and potential dealers.
Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, gather feedback, and introduce new offerings.
Administer dealer promotions and education programs to enhance field sales effectiveness.
Represent the company with universities, hospitals, public authorities, and key clinical references.
Coordinate advertising campaigns and promotional activities with internal departments.
Communicate product ideas, extensions, and market needs to Sales & Marketing.
Oversee market-specific product requirements (e.g., registration, import licenses).
Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding customer relations and entertainment.
Address customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
Supervise and coach sales teams for Kerr, Endo & Value brands across the territory.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales personnel; ensure alignment with corporate policies.
Identify medium- to long-term growth opportunities and lead execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:
University degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the dental industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High flexibility and strong organizational skills.
Business-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Strong team leadership and motivational abilities.
Experience in team supervision and coaching.
