Responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue growth as the top priority by developing and executing sales strategies for Germany and Europe regions, focusing on automotive and intelligent driving simulation;
  2. Independently develop and manage business relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, research institutes, and customers in the simulation/synthetic data field;
  3. Lead the full sales cycle – from identifying customer needs to coordinating technical solutions, negotiating deals, and closing contracts to meet or exceed targets;
  4. Liaise with China-based teams to ensure smooth project delivery and after-sales support for local clients;
  5. Continuously monitor industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights for product and strategy optimization.

Requirements

  • Legal work authorization in Germany;
  • Fluency in German and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus;
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of OEM/Tier 1 ecosystems;
  • Background in autonomous driving, simulation, or synthetic data is a strong advantage;
  • Existing network and proven ability to independently acquire and grow key accounts;
  • Highly results-driven, with excellent communication skills and cross-cultural awareness;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and internationally distributed team environment.
