QLM Search is partnering a leading Global ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Sales Director. Reporting to the CCO and forming part of a high performing divisional SLT, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates must have proven experience as a Senior Director / VP Sales within the Flavor OR Ingredients industry selling primarily to Beverage, Food. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a large team. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Food & Beverage Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation.
