We’re searching for a Sales Director who can drive ambitious growth and elevate market presence in Germany—someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and passionate about building brands people love. Alongside this you will champion team management and have a passion for nurturing and developing high performing sales teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead growth strategy: Develop and execute a 5-year growth plan to exceed targets and broaden market reach.
  • Expand distribution: Introduce new products and categories while driving deeper retail partnerships.
  • Build relationships: Forge senior-level connections with key retail partners, strengthening brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Inspire innovation: Champion a creative, entrepreneurial culture within your team, balancing new opportunities with existing successes.
  • Own the P&L: Full accountability for revenue, margin, and sustainable profitability in the German market.
  • Lead and mentor: Manage, motivate, and develop a talented sales and trade marketing team to exceed goals.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with the European leadership team to shape strategy and share market insights that influence product innovation.
What You Bring
  • A proven track record of business development and sales leadership in premium branded goods (home, lifestyle, or related sectors).
  • Strong channel management experience across grocery, department stores, furniture, and eCommerce.
  • Exceptional team leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: action-oriented, analytical, and commercially agile.
  • Experience managing P&L and trade marketing strategies.
  • A strong senior-level network within German retail.
