Job summary

Connexio Search client is seeking a Sales Director for the DACH region to lead a 24-person sales team, win new customers, and grow key strategic clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The role involves developing technical solutions for customers, coordinating with internal departments to ensure needs are met, and thriving in an international environment with travel up to three days per week. You will report to global sales leadership and shape the regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Based in Germany and willing to travel 3 days/week.
• Motivated to work in an international environment.
• Technical education or background in selling technical products.
