The Opportunity :

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director (Senior IC) to join our clients rapidly growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that delivers outstanding ROI and transformative results for clients across 30+ industries.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for within BFSI customers

Drive new customer acquisition and execute expansion strategies

Collaborate with partner channels to maximise revenue through direct and indirect sales

Meet and exceed sales quotas and deliver consistent results

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing enterprise-level contracts

What You’ll Bring :

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in a similar role

Proven success in Data Integration, Analytics, Data Management or similar sales

Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architectures and corporate data strategies

Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels

A team player with integrity and a passion for delivering value to clients

Ability to engage with both IT and Business functions during complex / high value cycles

Proven network and understanding of the challenges in the BFSI sector
