QLM Search is partnering a leading global ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Sales Director. Reporting to the Divisional VP and forming part of a high performing divisional team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates need to have proven experience as a Sales Director within the Ingredients (Food or Beverage) or Flavors industry with excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Food / Flavor Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
