Job Title : Sales Director

Job Location : Germany(The position is sales-related with no geographical restrictions.)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with expertise in x86 server technologies to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about technology, skilled in client relationship management, and experienced in selling high-performance computing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess :

  • Native-level German proficiency and fluent English skills (written and spoken) .
  • A deep understanding of x86 server architecture , GPUs , and related technologies.
  • Prior experience working with Top OEM vendors and a strong network with MSP (Managed Service Providers) clients in Germany .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Independently identify and expand business opportunities across specific verticals such as retail, education, and other industries.
  • Build relationships and deliver customized solutions to industry-specific clients.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the x86 server market.
  • Actively expand the customer base, focusing on Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in Germany .

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Develop customized solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

Technical Expertise :

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of x86 server architecture, GPUs, and related technologies to effectively address client queries and promote the company’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide strategic insights to the management team for business growth.

Technical Knowledge :

  • Deep understanding of x86 server architecture , GPUs , and high-performance computing.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and customer-focused manner.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a technology sales environment.
  • Exceptional skills in new client acquisition and account management.

Industry Experience :

  • Established connections within the German MSP ecosystem .
  • Previous experience working for Top OEM vendors , with a comprehensive understanding of their solutions and go-to-market strategies.
