We are a Berlin-based startup bringing immersive native speaker experiences to schools across Germany. Schools are facing rising costs and logistical barriers to sending students abroad—we solve this by bringing the English-speaking world to them. Demand is growing fast, and we need a Sales Development Representative (SDR) & HubSpot Coordinator to help us expand even further.

Role Overview :

Your role is to drive sales growth by generating leads, booking meetings and managing our HubSpot CRM. You’ll be the first point of contact for schools, reaching out via calls and emails and ensuring that every potential lead is tracked and followed up on efficiently. This is a high-impact, part-time freelance role (10 hours / week), ideal for someone who thrives in sales, is organised and knows how to make the most of a CRM system.

Email outreach and calls to school decision-makers (principals, English teachers, department heads).

Qualify leads by identifying school needs and their interest level.

Schedule meetings for our senior sales team.

Follow up on inbound leads and past contacts to nurture relationships.

2. HubSpot CRM Management & Follow-Ups

Input and track all leads in HubSpot, keeping the sales pipeline organised.

Assign lead statuses (New Contact, Contacted, Interested, Meeting Booked).

Set up and optimise automated follow-up sequences (emails, reminders).

Ensure no lead falls through the cracks by tracking engagement & response rates.

Provide weekly reports on outreach performance and meeting conversion rates.

Work with the senior team to refine messaging, scripts and strategies.

Identify trends in lead responses and objections to improve outreach.

Qualifikation

  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English – You’ll be speaking with German schools.
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing or customer outreach (B2B or education sales a plus).
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented – You love keeping a CRM clean and efficient.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven – You love hitting KPIs and making an impact.
