This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of AUVESY-MDT. We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative in Germany.

In this role, you will be a key player in the early stages of the sales cycle — identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and generating high-quality appointments that drive pipeline growth. You’ll engage with potential customers through proactive outreach and persuasive, consultative communication. Your ability to understand client needs, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential to success. Accountabilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads using inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and marketing campaigns.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and other outreach channels using persuasive, value-driven communication.
  • Schedule impactful demos and meetings for Account Executives based on clear understanding of prospect needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects by engaging regularly and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of prospect interactions, statuses, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance market positioning and strategic targeting.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, sharing feedback to optimize messaging, campaigns, and offerings.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in software sales.
  • Strong grasp of the B2B software sales process, lead generation strategies, and qualification frameworks.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and building rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven — capable of managing priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to collective success.
  • Adaptability and curiosity to learn new tools, trends, and market dynamics.
