Qualifikationen

As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d), you will be responsible for actively building the sales pipeline. You will be the first contact for potential customers from our focus industries (.org sector) and introduce them to our software solutions. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnership teams to generate leads. Your proactive approach makes you a key part of our growth strategy in the DACH market.

You are a good fit if you are ready to take on the challenges and issues faced by our target groups (non-profit organizations, public sector, education, and research institutions) and help them see how Personio can create more time for their mission.

Your Daily Tasks:

  • #ExceedCustomerExpectations: Act as a consultant to identify needs and challenges, and develop initial digitalization solutions for HR processes.
  • #DeliverExceptionalResults: Research and identify new customers in the public and non-profit sectors, develop personalized sales strategies, and execute them.

What you need to succeed

  • First experience in sales and/or in the public/nonprofit sector (e.g., internships or working student roles in sales, public sector consulting, etc.)
  • Career changers welcome! For example, students in political science, sociology, or administrative sciences.
  • You are enthusiastic about software products and comfortable working with them.
  • You are an active listener, communicate confidently, and act proactively.
  • You can inspire trust and enthusiasm in potential customers with your positive, energetic, and creative manner.
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent German (C2 level) and English skills in spoken and written form.
