The Dublin Sales Development team is expanding. This position is for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (Business Development Representative).

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across our platform and understand our competitive landscape.
• Engage in outbound outreach with strategic messaging to target upmarket prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute outbound campaigns and increase lead generation.
• Identify and prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally within Rippling.

• Previous experience in Sales Development or Business Development is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
