About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic SDR to help win over industrial companies and their energy and procurement teams. You will work closely with the founding team on lead generation, understanding customer needs, and improving our processes creatively.
Tasks
- Own the top of the funnel: Improve lead generation from identification to qualification.
- Build Client Understanding: Deeply understand customer needs, structures, and stakeholder interests.
- Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders and organize sales events.
- Represent RIZM in customer meetings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with CS & Product: Work with customer success and product teams to ensure clients meet their sustainability goals.
Requirements

- Experience in B2B sales and setting up email campaigns

- Understanding of complex software products
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (C2 level)
