We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) for our department Aareon IMMOmanagement. If you are a dynamic communicator passionate about building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth, we want to hear from you!

Your Tasks:
  1. Follow up on inbound leads, assess needs, and conduct discovery calls
  2. Collaborate with marketing to understand lead sources and nurture campaigns
  3. Engage potential customers through targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  4. Research target accounts and decision-makers, focusing on warmed-up prospects
  5. Generate new leads through cold calling and personalized outreach strategies
  6. Overcome objections and communicate our value proposition effectively
  7. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handovers to the sales team
  8. Work with account executives to prioritize high-quality opportunities and meet quotas
  9. Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  10. Analyze performance, share insights, and stay updated on industry trends
Your Profile:
  • Completed studies in business administration, sales, marketing, or comparable commercial training
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
  • Proven success in engaging potential customers and building long-term relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Results-driven with resilience and motivation in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce; experience with marketing automation is a plus
  • Structured, independent work style with initiative and accountability
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
