As we grow our footprint with companies adopting Lens across their teams were looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify and qualify new opportunities across our product tiersfrom individual users to large enterprises.

What Youll Do

  • Identify engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through a mix of email phone and social outreach.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.
  • Understand the Lens product and clearly articulate its value to developer teams engineering leaders and platform teams.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and collaborate on smooth handoffs.
  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns webinars and events like KubeCon.
  • Track metrics (e.g. email response rates meetings booked) and continuously iterate on outreach tactics.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with marketing product and GTM teams.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related role (BDR inside sales customer success).
  • Experience selling to developers DevOps teams or technical buyers is a big plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for learning and experimentation.
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot Salesforce Outreach or similar.
  • Bonus : Familiarity with Kubernetes open source or developer tools.
