We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - Global & Strategic Accounts to focus on the German Globals & Strategic market. Our SDRs will work closely with Global Account Managers to generate leads and build customer pipelines. This is an entry-level role with a dedicated growth path and training to develop into a great technical sales professional. We seek self-starters with a passion for technology and people.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate meetings through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities and set appointments from leads.
  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  • Gain sufficient understanding of the Snowflake Database to provide high-level introductions.
  • Leverage sales techniques to maximize customer interactions.
  • Log, track, and maintain outbound activity.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as needed.
  • Participate in sales meetings, vendor training, and local trade shows to stay current with technology.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-2 years of prospecting experience and a university degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native or fluent).
  • Strong customer communication skills across in-person, phone, and written channels.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of workflow systems and their application to improve customer business processes.
  • Proficiency in making presentations to staff and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt work efforts based on departmental or business needs.
  • Strong PC skills; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Effective time management, independence, and self-motivation.
  • Proven track record of achievement with significant accountability.
  • Interest in a career in technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proactive, independent, high-energy, positive attitude.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
