We're super excited to announce that Sara Palagi, Tove Verngren, Luca Marcantonio and Linus Gede are looking to welcome their next team mate to our global SDR Team to focus on the German market. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Voyado has 350+ employees around Northern Europe dedicated to helping over 400 retailers and e-commerce companies engage their customers and create elevated shopping experiences.

About the role

As an SDR at Voyado, your primary focus will be prospecting and building a strong pipeline. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to Voyado’s cutting-edge solutions. Understanding our ecosystem and complex product offerings will take time, and while we are still building our presence in the German market, you will play a crucial role in creating awareness and credibility. You will be working together with amazing colleagues who exemplify our core value and mentality of "We're in it together".

What you'll be up to:

  • Prospect new customers, identify key people, and qualify leads.
  • Responsible for reaching out to new prospects via cold-calling, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Work creatively and flexibly to personalize outreach and maximize engagement.
  • Work towards clear goals together with our Sales, Partner and Marketing teams - and celebrate together!
  • Leverage the latest Sales Development Technologies to create structure in your day-to-day tasks.
  • Work to understand the German retail market: future trends and way of work vs. challenges facing the retailers.

Your training will start with learning about our platform from the inside out, so that you'll be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers, primarily in the retail industry. You'll become a true Voyado ambassador, often the first point of contact for new prospects and the one selling a vision, not a product.

So, who are you?

You will be joining our fantastic SDR team, currently consisting of 15 people and growing. The role requires adaptability and a positive mindset, as changes happen frequently in this fast-paced environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone based in Munich or Amsterdam.

We are looking for a determined and results-oriented team player who is passionate about sales with a creative mindset. We believe that you are all about providing a world-class customer experience and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Either way, you're a natural connector, a true team player, eager to develop yourself, and passionate about e-commerce, retail, and tech.

Skills & background

  • Previous experience within B2B sales, marketing, retail or SaaS.
  • Technical curiosity to understand and communicate our solutions effectively.
  • You are a team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • You have a good understanding of the commercial landscape in Germany.
  • Superb writing, communication, and listening skills; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new customers.
  • You can create structure out of data from multiple sources - a true admin pro.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, SalesNavigator and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in German and English is mandatory.
