Field Sales Department Manager, Germany (m/w/d)

As the Head of Field Sales, you will lead the Field Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our regional and national sales efforts. You will shape strategies that align with both company-wide goals and the needs of the German market. Collaboration across teams is essential to ensure our field sales operations contribute to long-term success and foster strong partnerships within the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and inspire a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals across Germany, including senior team leads;
  • Conduct business reviews with leadership to assess performance and strategy alignment;
  • Work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to ensure a high-quality customer experience;
  • Partner with Lead Management to provide high-quality leads and develop data-driven strategies to identify top partners in every city;
  • Build relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to align go-to-market strategies with global initiatives;
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonize activities.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience achieving ambitious goals in global matrix-driven sales organizations, preferably in a B2B2C environment;
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data;
  • Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms;
  • Fluency in German and English.
