Field Sales Department Manager, Germany (m/w/d)

We’re a leading global online food delivery platform, aiming to empower everyday convenience. Our platform connects millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery, and convenience partners worldwide. As the Head of Field Sales, you will lead the Field Sales team and drive the success and growth of our regional and national sales efforts. Your responsibilities include shaping strategies aligned with company goals and the German market, collaborating across teams, and overseeing more than 50 professionals across six teams in Germany.

You will conduct business reviews, work with Sales Support and Account Management to ensure high-quality customer experiences, and partner with Lead Management to develop data-driven strategies for top-partner identification. Additionally, you will coordinate with Sales Steering and Operations to align go-to-market strategies and collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to harmonize activities.

Ideal candidates will have experience in achieving ambitious sales goals in global matrix organizations, preferably in a B2B2C environment, with strong strategic and analytical skills. Proficiency in sales software, CRM, and data analytics tools is required. Fluency in German and English is essential.
