As our Sales Development Representative (m / f / d) you get the opportunity to grow with our company. You will start in a diverse and dynamic team whose mission is to find innovative ways to attract new clients.

You get to work together with experienced managers in your region and will have an impact from the start on the strategic development of client accounts and the acquisition of projects.

The role will allow you to gather valuable industry knowledge and gain insights across the whole sales funnel - from prospecting to client retention and projects.

In particular, you will be :

  • Developing new and innovative strategies for acquiring new Malt DACH clients.
  • Making the initial contact and leading first client meetings to qualify the collaboration potential between clients and Malt.
  • Providing support in setting the sales strategy for accounts and clients in cooperation with the sales account managers by providing the teams with valuable insights into clients and their projects.
  • Constantly improving our customer outreach by testing new content, channels (including events) and tools in close collaboration with our Marketing team.
  • Staying top informed on trending topics in different industries by researching them, relevant companies and potential contacts.

Requirements

  • You successfully graduated in a Business, Social Sciences or comparable field of study and ideally gained first working experience in a start-up or in a B2B environment (incl. internships).
  • As team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast-driven international environment, you can express yourself effortlessly in native-level German and proficient English.
  • You are a natural communicator and relationship builder, and enjoy approaching personalities at various industries, business environments and organizational levels.
  • You are self-motivated and thrive when you can learn new things, test new approaches and succeed in your goals and successfully complete projects.

  • In a second video call you can discuss the role with your future Manager and find out more about your team and its goals.
  • Third step is a quick case study you can complete at home and will then discuss it – e.g. during a visit to our Munich offcie - and of course clarify any open points.
  • And last but not least, we would round up the process with an interview with our GM, Adrian Storp .
