Purpose of Position

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and nurturing outbound leads, transforming prospects from cold to curious. This role focuses on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and ideally the EE region (Poland), offering the opportunity to engage with diverse cultures and work across multiple regions.

Your location: Germany, Switzerland, or Poland (with the option to work from home).

Key Tasks

  1. Outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social platforms
  2. Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations with Senior Sales Managers
  3. Collaborating with departments such as Sales Operations and Marketing
  4. Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  5. Onboarding and training new starters
  6. Mapping potential accounts for expansion or new product lines

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in German is required, with a good command of English; Polish language skills are advantageous

Candidates should have a good understanding of affiliate marketing and our industry.
