For one of our clients, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative DACH, remotely from Germany.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and engage new business opportunities in the fitness and health studio sector. Your main responsibilities include generating interest in the company's innovative software through targeted outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos to support business growth in the DACH region. This role offers an excellent start to a sales career with growth potential in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

• Identify and qualify new leads in the fitness and health studio market.
• Engage with potential clients via phone and email to promote the software.
• Manage your daily outreach to approximately 50 leads.
• Arrange product demos and follow up to advance leads through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handoff.
• Track and report key metrics for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing roles like sales or support.
• Proficiency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
