About the Role

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities and contribute to their growing sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable engaging with potential customers across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales development within the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales-qualified opportunities through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting activities.
  • Conduct account mapping and source qualified leads that align with the ideal customer profile.
  • Develop new business opportunities via phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts to assess budget, timeline, and needs.
  • Analyze prospect challenges and demonstrate how the platform can drive engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and hand them off to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity by accurately logging communications, updating records, and maintaining dashboards.
  • Share best practices and continuously improve processes to drive greater efficiency and success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside marketing and sales teams.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Previous SDR experience at a SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with web conferencing software and sales enablement platforms.
